From what you said in the title post, that really sounds like you have something there that keeps affecting the Logitech program/process, especially from what you mentioned about reinstalling the software working previously. I didn't see anything that has to do with logitech being disabled And I checked msconfig and everything on my pc, like startup. I installed ccleaner after i installed the logitech program to clean my pc.
